Most people hoping to change the past do end up with two sets of memories and some sense of confusion regarding what the “real” history is. This can be true regardless what type of alternate history they are working toward whether it’s healing related, or having to do with some other aspect of their lives. I emphasize with my clients that success is always possible but never guaranteed. And humility and sincere dedication to improving oneself spiritually is truly the main outcome that is best to focus on. Developing the awareness of switching realities is a natural part of pursuing this kind of spiritual path, and historically has been recognized as a normal part of following such spiritual paths for millennia.

I think that our past have no influence on our present life. That's why believe that if you want to change something in your life you need to change your presence. Of course we can analyse our past actions and change something in future but we don't need to regret anything that have already happened.
